Shipping policy
Order processing times will be displayed at checkout, as products have various lead times.
We use Royal Mail Tracked services for most orders* & Parcelforce for oversize, heavy or high-value items. *Label orders under £30 are sent via 2nd Class post.
We are doing our best to make our packaging & delivery as environmentally friendly as we can. Our boxes & parcel tape are made from sustainable materials wherever possible & can be recycled. The majority of our bubble wrap is UV biodegradable & our loose-fill packaging peanuts are starch based & can be dissolved in water.

DELIVERY TO AGENTS
If you instruct us to deliver to an agent or carrier (first address) for onward transmission overseas or another uk address, the delivery will be considered as complete on delivery of the item to the first address. Any damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of that delivery or you accept that the damage occurred with the subsequent carrier and we accept no liability.
